All rights, title, and interest in and to the software (including UI architecture, underlying C++ core engine, graphics, branding, and algorithms) remain the exclusive property of Jutt Cyber Tech™.

• License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Jutt Cyber Tech™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the software on your personal or corporate computers.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the software or any portion thereof without explicit written permission.

3. User Content & Offline Local Processing

We believe in absolute creator sovereignty and privacy:

• 100% Local Processing: All video rendering, frame decoding, cutting, stitching, watermarking, and AI logo removal occur completely locally on your hardware. No video streams or multimedia assets are uploaded to remote servers.
• Your Ownership: You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all videos, audio files, images, and projects processed or generated using JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES.
• Compliance with Copyright: You agree not to use the software to infringe upon copyright, intellectual property rights, or produce defamatory, unlawful, or harmful material.

4. Software Updates & Modifications

Jutt Cyber Tech™ reserves the right to enhance, patch, update, modify, or discontinue features of JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES at any time to improve system stability, hardware acceleration performance, and user experience. Updates may be published periodically on our official website and GitHub releases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across all hardware configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jutt Cyber Tech™, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, corrupted media, hardware strain, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use JUTT EDITS STUDIO JES.

7. Termination
